ANNANDALE – The Northern Virginia Community College cross country team begins its quest for a fourth straight NJCAA Region 20 championship Monday, Aug. 7 at 3 p.m. with tryouts for prospective student-athletes inside MT-106 on the Manassas Campus.
Students, who tryout must wear proper cross country attire and have a physical completed (physical form) before Aug. 7 and have the NOVA wavier signed (wavier form). If a physical was completed in the last calendar year (Aug 7, 2016-Aug. 7, 2017) please bring a copy of the form.

Student-athletes are also required to fill out thestudent-athlete questionnaire for their website biography.
Last season, the NOVA cross country team ran in its second straight NJCAA Championship meet where it finished 35th. The Nighthawks had three named to the all-region squad and four garnered Scholar All-America status.
